Returns

We accept returns on items in new, unused condition. To initiate a return, please reach out to us directly so we can set up the return process. Items that show signs of use, damage, or wear may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of RP Ozarks Outdoors. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of our decision. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
